Cigna Healthcare
From 2011 to 2024, I held three key positions at Cigna Healthcare: Senior Digital Content Writer, Digital Content Writer, and Managing Editor. In these roles, I led content strategy, crafted digital and UX copy, contributed to design development in Figma, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. I also ensured editorial consistency across multiple platforms by adhering to Digital Content Standards.
I partnered with UX designers to refine the Cigna for Brokers registration flow including 2-step Authentication, Forgot User ID/Forgot Password, FAQs, microcopy, and more.
I led the Cigna Healthcare Brokers section redesign, creating seven content-rich pages to enhance the user experience for current and prospective brokers. Worked with UX design, product and business owners, project managers, and development.

This page was created as part of the Brokers redesign. I highlighted the value of the portal using promos and graphics to call out important benefits.
As part of the Broker section redesign, I created a Broker Resources page that provides an easy-to-navigate space for brokers to quickly access and share information with clients via print or email.
The COVID-19 Resource Center provides a central location to inform customers of COVID-19 benefit changes and updates. I worked with the Homepage Manager to define the initial strategy, and collaborated closely with SMEs, product, and marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
I oversaw the strategy and wrote content for the Disaster Resource Center, a vital hub that provides critical information for individuals in times of crisis. I kept information up to date for any unfortunate situations that arose.
